Mendizabal ‘Rosado’ D.O. Rioja
Brilliant raspberry red colour. Elegant and subtle, aromatic intensity. Notes of ripe fruit and wild flowers (lavender, cistus, etc.). Crisp, bright and flavoury. It is opulent and full of fruity hints and with a rounded, prolonged finish. Best served with pasta dishes, salads and fish.
‘Txakoli’ D.O. Getaria
Txakoli is a genuine Basque product found in the local Tapas Bars and restaurants of the region. A young white wine made with the ‘Hondarribi Zuri’ (white) & ‘Hondarribi Beltza’ (red-skinned) unique varieties of grape. It has a slight fizz, not quite sparkling but a bit effervescent.
