• How to Order

• 1.Before beginning to shop select the currency and language you wish to use from the home page ( The icons to the right of the ‘El Rincon of Spain’ Logo ).
  
  2.Begin shopping by entering each product category and selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking ‘Buy’. These will then be placed in your shopping Basket which will appear on screen. You can increase the number of each item you wish to purchase by entering the desired number to the right of each product in ‘Quantity’. Click ‘Home’ (bottom left) to continue shopping or ‘Update Basket’ and then ‘Confirm’ to proceed to checkout.
  
  3.Continue shopping by clicking ‘Home’ on the bottom left of the basket contents.
  
  4.You can view the contents of your basket at any time by ‘clicking’ on View Basket from the main menu on the Left.
  
  5.Before confirming order select your shipping zone and shipping expenses will be added to your total (by clicking on ‘Zones’ you can view shipping information).
  
  6.Click ‘Update Basket’ and the ‘Confirm’ to proceed to checkout.
  
  7.Complete your details and confirm order. You will then enter a secure link directly to the trustworthy Spanish bank ‘La Caixa’ (leaders in secure Internet shopping payments) where your card details will be securely processed. We then receive payment confirmation from the bank and we duly process your order.

• Minimum Order & Weight Restrictions

• Due to European legislation regarding the shipment and sale of meat & food products to the end customer we have placed a 10kg. limit on each order. This allows our products to be shipped from Spain more effectively by avoiding costly and time consuming customs declarations for both us and you the customer.
  
  We have set a minimum order of 99.00 Euros / 70.00 Sterling to enable us to ship directly from Spain ensuring feasibility and cost effectiveness to you the customer .

• The Purchase of Alcohol

• Due to European legislation regarding the sale of alcohol through internet still being a ‘grey’ area , we have placed a limit of 3 bottles (75cl.) per order .
  
  You must be over 18 to purchase Alcohol.

• Delivery

• Our deliveries are shipped using the reputable Spanish International courier service ‘Seur’. All orders MUST be signed for upon receipt.
  
  To eliminate certain custom’s procedures, we have a maximum limit of 10kg. per order (see ‘Minimum Order & Weight Restrictions’).
  If you wish to order more than 10kg. or are interested in placing a wholesale order , please contact us for details.
  
  Orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs. You should receive your order within the following 5-6 days after this date.
  
  To aid successful delivery, please, contact us to supply an alternative address to leave your order only if you are unable to receive it on the expected delivery date.
  
  All our products are selected and packed by us and come in a reinforced, double-lined corrugated box suitable for shipments of our whole hams and other products. Certain gift packs come presented in wooden boxes (when stated) .

• We do not supply to Non European Countries at present due to various importation restrictions and regulations ( e.g. U.S.- F.D.A. regulations , etc.) and excessive transportation costs.
